Cancellation
Cancellation of the Programme may be made in the following circumstances:
- Inclement weather, including but not limited to the hoisting of typhoon signal no.8 or above or black rainstorm warning; or
- The safety issue regarding any participant, staff or dolphin; or
- Decision for immediate cancellation of the Programme shall be at the sole discretion the Director of Zoological Operations & Education Division of the Park or his/her delegate.
Programme will be re-scheduled for the affected participants and accompanying guests under the above mentioned circumstances.
