To help make your visit to Ocean Park as comfortable as possible, the Park provides a wide range of services and facilities for its guests' convenience. Regardless of whether you are visiting us alone, with your family, children or in a tour group, it is our goal to ensure that you are well taken care of during your time here at Ocean Park. Our facilities and services include restaurants and food kiosks, telephones, baby changing stations, stroller rental, nursery rooms, washrooms for the disabled, first aid services, ATMs, lockers and parking spaces.

Physically Disabled

Most of the exhibition halls and mechanical rides are accessible by physically disabled guests including toilets, ramps, theatre viewing platforms and Stairmate facilities. There are specially designed gondolas at the Cable Car, Ferris Wheel and Balloons-up-up-and-away for wheelchair bound guests. Wheelchairs are available for rental at the Locker, stroller and Wheelchair Rental in Aqua City. Rental Fees for wheelchairs are HKD $60 per day plus a HKD$40 refundable security deposit.
Visually Impaired

For guests with visual impairment, Braille guide is available for them to better enjoy the Park's facilities. Just contact our Guest Relations Office upon arrival.
Hearing Impaired

For guests who are hearing aid users, the Loop Pad System is available at the Guest Relations Office and Ticketing Office at Main Entrance for their convenience.
